In your career as a project manager, you’ve probably come across the term integrated project management (IPM). It’s one of those acronyms that carry weight—and one whose definition it’s important to understand precisely.
Maybe you do have a general idea of its implications. But for most of us, technical terminology goes in one ear and out the other. Like so many concepts in the creative world, it can be downright difficult to separate the multitudinous ideas that get bandied about daily.
