Your project client has suddenly asked you to delivery the creative project two weeks early. The problem is, it's looking like the original due date is becoming an issue. You haven't spoken up yet, but you were growing concerned that you might be about a week late. Now what do you do? Add resources? But what about the budget - that might kill it?
