Bad meeting management afflicts project managers with maladies like missed deadlines, disgruntled creatives and dissatisfied clients.
But you cannot blame all problems on bad meeting management. Sometimes meetings veer off track, last too long or otherwise waste time for you and your team, despite your best efforts. As a project manager, you can schedule, prepare and run your meetings, but your efforts alone don’t determine their successes. Everyone must contribute for your meetings to be productive.
